When you purchase a Jacuzzi from Prestige Hot Tubs, we take care of coordinating the delivery from start to finish. This will keep you relaxed so that you can focus on enjoying the experience. Our delivery and installation process includes:

• Pre-delivery preparation questions
• Arrange any needed tradespeople
• Free pre-delivery site inspection if necessary
• Ensure that your electrical and pad are prepared
• Water Care Orientation
• Tub operation orientation
• Take away all garbage
• Remove old hot tub if necessary
• Crane coordination if necessary



When we leave your site, the only thing that you will have to think about is sliding into your new Jacuzzi.
