Thank you for inviting us to your soiree on Thursday evening. We had a very good time, mixed with warm hospitality, libations and goodies. We were both sorry we had to leave so early as it was fun. We hope the evening was good for you and you were able to meet all the targets and goals you set for the evening. We especially want to say - THANK YOU - for the beautiful gift basket you gave us. We had a chance to unload it last night and we really look forward to enjoying its contents over the upcoming Christmas season. It's a little embarrassing to "get the goodies and run" but we hope you understand our anniversary date was set many years ago and it just could not be broken.

She LOVES IT!!!I just wanted to send you a small note thanking you for all your help and service since our purchase.
Upon deciding that we wanted a hot tub we set out on a day adventure in Langley. We started our morning with a stop to 3 other hot tub places on the bypass. I was very disappointed in there approach to sales. Although I am sure there hot tubs are adequate for use they were pushy and had kept trying to sell me something that was bigger and better. When we arrived at Prestige Hot Tubs your show room speaks for it self and after speaking with Robin for a few minutes and felt no pressure we started to focus on the type of tub we might like to own. Robin answered all our questions, even the unnecessary ones. After showing us a few of the models and how the controls and plumbing of the tubs worked he explained the warranty on Jacuzzi tubs. I was extremely surprised at the warranty and service package the comes with buying one of these tubs. We decided that this was the tub for us and were very happy with the extent of information and how easy the whole process was. Right from buying to delivery and follow up, everything was easy and right on time. I was concerned about keeping the water balance just right so after a week we brought our water in so we could be clear on how to adjust the tub. It was much easier than I had first thought, we have had no trouble keeping it just perfect. We love our tub so much that we use it once a day sometimes more. So on that note THANK YOU SO MUCH for our new tub. Its been few weeks now and we still use it once or more a day and are very happy with it.

I just thought i would let you know how extremely pleased we our with purchase of our Jacuzzi hot tub, as you are aware this is our second hot tub but our first Jacuzzi. I immediately notice a real difference in the massage from the jets in our new tub compared with our previous coast spa. I also am very pleased with how much simpler the water is to maintain with the amaze product compared with the Bromine in my old spa. I would strongly recommend the purchase of your Jacuzzi product to everyone who is looking for a quality massage, with great before, during and after sale service.

We just wanted to write you and your team a letter for a job well done. Laura and I have been building our dream home for months. The Jacuzzi was one of the finishing touches, and has been a highlight since having it installed. We recommend you boys to anyone. Since the delivery of our J480 we have been in it every day, night and in between. Receiving a world class massage while overlooking Vancouver, is a beautiful experience.
Every aspect of dealing with your company has been a treat. From the time we ordered, you kept us informed. The service and co-ordination with our contractors was excellent. You organized a crane at a good price, and your delivery team was first class. Jordan took time and care explaining the proper water care procedures and operation of our new tub. The entire process has left us smiling every time we're in the tub.
We've worked on a lot of projects in the past and currently. They are always behind schedule and over budget. It's refreshing to deal with a company that comes through with what they say. You went above and beyond by sending us for a night out while we waited for our tub. Your staff is very polite and helpful. All of our questions have been answered professionally and accurately. Anyone buying a hot tub should buy a Jacuzzi from Prestige Hot Tubs. For us, customer service is everything, especially with a bigger ticket product. Your business has provided our best buying experience in a long time, and quite possibly the best ever.

Please accept this as a reference for the hot tub re-location, gazebo installation and landscaping project which your company undertook at our residence in August 2010.
