Water Care Program



Prestige Hot Tubs is now offering a full-service water care and Hot Tub maintenance program to all customers. This program is another way that you can relax and enjoy your tub without having to worry about the quality of your water or maintenance of your Hot tub.


You can select the frequency that best fits your needs. This program will keep your water pristine and your Hot tub in prestige condition! Our technicians are professionally trained and will perform a diagnostic test on each visit to ensure that your tub is working perfectly.
 
We will:
• Balance and optimize your water, including PH, Alkalinity, Calcium, Sanitizer, Eco ONE and other water enhancing
  products
• Re-stock your water care products as they run out
• Shock your system
• Clean your  filters, cover, shell and siding
• Drain and refill your Hot tub as needed
• Regularly maintain your entire system to ensure optimum performance
• Diagnose and fix any potential issues on your tub
• Email or mail you a summary of what was performed on each visit
• Provide customer support 7 days a week


3 Water Care programs to select from:


1: Jacuzzi Pro-clear mineral and enzyme program: (**RECOMMENDED**)
This is an effective way to significantly reduce the use of chemical sanitizers in your water. The Pro-Clear mineral system uses a Silver Nitrate (Sanitizer) cartridge, Ozone, MPS (non chlorine shock) and an Eco-ONE clarifier that cleans your water from organic particles. This option will keep your water safe, clean, and smelling great without the heavy use of Chlorine or Bromine.


2: Dazzle Bromine program:
Bromine systems use a combination of slow dissolving bromine pucks and concentrated bromine powder. Bromine is a traditional method of sanitizing water in your tub.  We use Eco-ONE natural enzymes and Ozone to minimize the use of Bromine in your water.


3. Dazzle Chlorine program:

This is a traditional sanitizing system widely used in both pools and hot tubs. With the use of Eco-ONE 100% natural enzyme cleaners and clarifiers we are able to create perfect hot tub chemistry with minimal chlorine sanitizer levels.
